Anka Bridge was founded in Ottawa to help Canada access new technologies, whether developed here or abroad, and to make sure they take root here.
Our team combines experience in international finance and multilateral institutions, industrial supply chains, and Canadian defence and government markets.
Volkan Arslan
Founding Partner
Volkan brings nearly 20 years of market intelligence and business development experience. He spent 13 years at a national financial public institution, working with major international financial and development organizations and advising senior officials and executives.
He leads Anka Bridge's government relations and partnership development in Canada. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Finance from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's in Economics from Middle East Technical University.
Yasemin Kömürcü
Managing Partner
Yasemin brings over 15 years of supply chain leadership. She spent 13 years at a major automotive tier-1 supplier, managing its European customer portfolio and a network of more than 15 warehouses across Europe.
She leads supplier assessment and industrial partnership work at Anka Bridge. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University.

- We represent clients openly and only with their agreement; we do not name clients or partners without permission.
- We tell clients early when an opportunity is not a fit.
- We are members of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI).
- We work in English and Turkish, with partners across Europe and beyond.
